Job Description
Position Overview:
A Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing activities and brand promotions at ground level to increase visibility, generate leads, and drive sales. This role involves traveling to target areas, engaging with potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and implementing marketing campaigns. The position is ideal for candidates who are energetic, persuasive, and enjoy interacting with people directly in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Conduct on-ground marketing activities in assigned territories.

Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product samples.

Set up promotional stalls or kiosks at events, exhibitions, or public spaces.

Organize local campaigns to build brand awareness.
2. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
-
Approach potential customers, explain products or services, and answer queries.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase benefits.

Collect customer contact details and feed them into the CRM system for follow-up.

Encourage trial or purchase through effective persuasion and relationship building.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Gather feedback from customers regarding products, pricing, and promotions.

Monitor competitor marketing activities in the field.

Provide insights to the marketing team to improve future campaigns.
4. Sales Support

Work closely with the sales team to convert generated leads into sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Maintain records of field activities, leads generated, and customer interactions.
5. Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily and weekly reports on field visits, campaigns, and lead status.

Coordinate with the marketing manager to plan and schedule field activities.

Ensure proper branding and promotional material usage in the field.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-
Freshers can apply; experience in field sales or marketing is an advantage.

Good knowledge of local geography and target customer base.
