Field Marketing Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves executing marketing strategies directly in the field to increase brand visibility, boost customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Marketing & Execution

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities at ground level to create brand awareness.

Represent the company in customer-facing activities such as product demos, events, and campaigns.

Monitor and report on competitor activities, customer trends, and market opportunities.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Act as the company’s representative to address customer queries, provide product information, and ensure a positive brand image.

Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and product teams for improvement.
3. Sales Support & Lead Generation

Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into customers.

Assist in customer outreach activities, including door-to-door visits, business meetings, and product presentations.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
4. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams
