Job Description

Field Sales Representative:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote our TOWNWAY marketplace application by onboarding retailers, shop owners, and sellers. The representative will visit businesses in the field, explain the app’s benefits, help sellers register, and guide them on listing their products/services on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retailers, shop owners, and sellers to introduce the TOWNWAY marketplace app
  • Explain app features, seller benefits, commission structure, and order process
  • Onboard sellers by assisting with app installation, registration, and KYC (if required)
  • Help sellers upload products, pricing, images, and business details
  • Educate sellers on order management, payments, and delivery workflow
  • Build long-term relationships with sellers and provide ongoing support
  • Achieve seller onboarding and activation targets
  • Collect feedback from sellers and share market insights with the team
  • Maintain daily field visit and onboarding reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or marketplace platforms preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently
