Job Description

Looking for freshers to work in the microfinance industry as field/ sales officers
Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Will be responsible for daily collection of the repayment and ensuring 100% collections, maintain/minimize the PAR account.

• Provide timely support to the client for accurate collections as per demand

• Regular field visit and follow-up with customers for regular collection, OD repayment, taking promise to pay (PTP), and PTP collection

• Will be responsible for calling customer a day before the due date of repayment or PTP date for collection

• Guide and motivate the customer for making repayments through digital mode or direct deposit to the bank

• Responsible for issuing the collection receipt to the customer, depositing the repayment in the bank, submitting the bank deposit slip in the branch, making entry of deposit in the cash register on the same day

• Maintain the below-mentioned data –

• Daily collection & Mode of the collection– deposited or not/receipt received or not and cash collection/Digital collection/Direct Collection (Deposit by customer and receipt submitted by the customer to the branch or the collection officer)

• PTP data and PTP collection data

• NPA and arrear cases status & Tenure Over cases status

• Will be responsible for training and counseling of customers on the future repayment of the timely and adverse impact of delay in repayment on credit score and eligibility for future loans

• Provide digital support and training to the customer for repayment collection

• Adhere to the process of collections and ensure zero OD

• Responsible for monitoring and closing the tenure over cases

• Responsible for managing the legal cases

• Responsible for reporting of settlement cases to the branch which is approved by the concern authority before communicating to the client and then processing the settlement

• Responsible for compliance with policies and guidelines concerning cash.

• Motivating the PAR customer and create strong connect for timely repayment

• Should not use any foul language or means for collection with customer

• Should adhere to the company philosophy of treating every customer with respect and dignity
