Job description :
- Field officer shall be responsible for particular tasks related to the selection of the beneficiaries, monitoring activities, communication with counterparts involved in the project in the project preparation, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the existing regulation in the Republic of Serbia and Donor requirements.
- Involvement into the project site monitoring, and regular reporting to the Project Coordinator.
- Beneficiary selection and socio-economic assessment;
- Field work;Conducting small-scale Education Center;
- Monitoring project components with the special focus on supported income generating activities; Project activity reporting and documenting
- Educational level - minimum high school degree, preferably economics related field;
- Previous experience in humanitarian organization with similar scope of work will be considered an asset; Knowledge of English language, full PC literacy including Microsoft Access;
- Active driver status and possession of own vehicle is mandatory.
