Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team.
Position: Field Officer
Vacancies: 100
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client acquisition, loan disbursement, and collection activities in assigned areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Conduct Group Meetings, Group Eligibility Tests (GET), and Mandatory Group Training (MGT).

Ensure timely recovery of EMIs and maintain portfolio quality.

Follow company policies, code of conduct, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation preferred.

Age: 19–30 years.
-
Must be willing to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.

Two-wheeler & driving license preferred.
-
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
