Fault management Basis trouble shooting
DWDM Equipment
Huawei/ ECI/ Tellab/ ZTE
1. Experience in field operation of ECI, Huawei , Cisco router integration & commissioning
2. Preventive Maintenance of Huawei/ ECI and Router network
HW alarm clearance/ Card JOJI/ Replace the Card/ Console port extension to NOC
1. Basic config loading the NE for NOC visibility
2. Alarm monitoring (Like BD Status/ Low Rx/ High Temp etc)
Router
CISCO/ JUNIPER/ NOKIA
HW alarm clearance/ Card JOJI/ Replace the Card/ Console port extension to NOC
1. IOS upgrade when Router not reachable to NOC
2. Alarm monitoring (Like CRC/ Low Rx)
Access Network
Huawei/ ECI
HW alarm clearance/ Card JOJI/ Replace the Card/ Console port extension to NOC
1. Basic config loading the NE for NOC visibility
2. Alarm monitoring (Like BD Status/ Low Rx/ High Temp etc)
