Sourcing and Scheduling interviews with right candidates through internal and external sources(job portals, social media, references and networking

Ensure manpower Fill-In-Ratio(Open Positions) & Recruitment Lead time(TAT to offer to join for all positions)

Pipeline creation for contractual, critical and regular positions.

Managing the team and providing help in understanding of the requirements, sourcing, negotiating and closure of candidates

Create and Analysis the MIS for periodic Reviews (Daily/Monthly)

Candidate Profile

Handled the recruitment of Construction, e-Commerce and Logistics industries

Exposure of handling of bulk and field level Contractual, regular and technical hiring and multi tasking

A proven record of managing recruitment of multiple stock holders

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics and guidelines.
