We are hiring Field Recruiter,

Roles and Responsibilities

Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies.

Screening / validating the Candidates as per client requirements

Developing and managing Candidate pool.

Attracting new candidates via networking, database, references, Headhunting and field recruitment.

Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates.

Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.

Willing to handle challenging positions & deliver as per the Turn around Time.

Responsible for revenue & number targets.
