Job Description : We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, colleges, and local institutes to source potential candidates for various job openings.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit educational institutions and local areas to identify and source suitable candidates
Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company benefits to candidates.
Maintain recruitment data and daily reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges and training center.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements:Must own a two-wheeler for field visits (fuel allowance provided).
Good communication and convincing skills in English and Kannada.
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work independently.
