Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Recruiter to manage dealer recruitment, institutional tie-ups, and training facilitation in the two-wheeler automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing skilled candidates through on-ground channels, developing partnerships with institutions, and coordinating dealer training programs across regions like Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (AP & TS).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

Visit colleges, training centers, job fairs, and public spaces to promote job opportunities.

Source candidates through field campaigns, posters, pamphlets, referrals, and local networks.

Coordinate with community leaders, employment offices, or NGOs to reach potential job seekers.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
-
Conduct initial telephonic or in-person screening to assess candidate fit based on job requirements.

Brief candidates about the job role, location, salary, shift timing, and required documents.

Assist candidates in filling out application forms or registration forms.
3. Interview Coordination
-
Schedule interviews at the office or client location.

Accompany or guide candidates to the interview venue when necessary.

Ensure that a sufficient number of qualified candidates attend interviews daily.
4. Onboarding Support
-
Collect necessary documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank details, etc.

Guide selected candidates through joining formalities and orientation procedures.

Coordinate with the HR/Admin team to ensure smooth onboarding.
5. Reporting & Database Management
-
Maintain an up-to-date tracker of all sourced candidates, interview status, and joining details.

Provide daily/weekly reports to the HR or recruitment manager.

Use tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and basic recruitment CRMs to maintain records.
6. Employer Branding & Campaigns
-
Act as a brand ambassador in the field to create awareness about the employer and available jobs.

Participate in roadshows, leaflet distribution, or banner placements in high-footfall areas.
