Field Recruitment (Agent Onboarding) Jobs Opening in Vaco Binary Semantics LLP at Hyderabad
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify certain criteria for users
2. Source candidates offline by conducting on-ground operations/activities for agent onboarding
3. Build a strong on-ground presence for sourcing candidates
4. Use different sources to hire agents
5. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
6. Work on planning and execution of prospecting efforts towards candidate lead generation through various outbound channels like poster activity, outbound campaigns, mass open houses, job fairs, social events, referrals of on-boarded candidates, college activity, etc.
7. Build candidate pool/bench strength ensuring minimum agent onboarding
8. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the required level of agents are onboarded successfully on a monthly basis
9. Educate them about the product (the app from Play Store)
10. Work on helping them with downloading and onboarding onto the app
11. Perform field marketing responsibilities & related tasks
