Job Description
Introduction
MKT-R is a B2B marketplace for Hotels & Restaurant Supplies, powered by the MKT-R Mobile App, connecting manufacturers directly with hotels. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting the MKT-R brand, onboarding hotels and restaurants, and driving sales through direct client engagement and field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
-
Generate new leads and onboard hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses onto the MKT-R platform.

Pitch and explain the benefits of the MKT-R B2B marketplace and MKT-R Mobile App to potential clients.

Conduct regular field visits to expand the client base and build a strong pipeline.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Execute on-ground marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials during client visits and events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to run brand activation campaigns and local promotions.

Educate clients about new product launches, offers, and discounts on the MKT-R platform.
3. Relationship Management
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel purchase managers, restaurant owners, and suppliers.

Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries and concerns.

Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth onboarding and usage of the MKT-R mobile app.
4. Reporting & Coordination
-
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Track customer onboarding, revenue generation, and market feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams like operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless execution.

Technical & Sales Skills

Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality supplies industry.

Ability to explain technical and commercial aspects of the MKT-R platform.

Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
