Position Overview:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to recruit and manage a team of insurance agents who will sell insurance policies to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, leadership, and relationship-building skills to drive agent recruitment and sales growth. This role involves fieldwork, networking, and sales target achievement in the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agent Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Identify, approach, and recruit potential insurance agents through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to attract new agents.
- Guide agents through the licensing, onboarding, and compliance process.
2. Sales & Business Growth:
- Train and motivate recruited agents to sell insurance policies effectively.
- Set and monitor sales targets for agents and ensure they achieve their goals.
- Assist agents in client acquisition and policy sales conversion.
3. Lead Generation & Market Expansion:
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base through agent networks.
- Generate and convert leads into active insurance policyholders.
- Identify and tap into new markets and potential customers.
4. Relationship Management & Support:
- Provide ongoing support and sales training to agents.
- Resolve agent queries and ensure smooth policy issuance and claim assistance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure long-term business growth.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on agent recruitment, sales performance, and policy sales.
- Analyze sales data and agent performance to optimize strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
