Job Description
Field Sales Executive – B2B SaaS | Bengaluru
Threxa is a SaaS automation company helping businesses simplify their sales, inventory, accounting and operational workflows.
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Bengaluru team.
What you will do:
- Visit businesses and manufacturing companies across Bengaluru.
- Identify and speak with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Understand their current business, accounting, inventory and operational processes.
- Introduce Threxa and explain how our software can improve their workflow.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships until conversion.
- Maintain daily sales activity and lead reports.
What we are looking for:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching businesses in person.
- Kannada and English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel around Bengaluru.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Sales, business development or field-sales experience is preferred but freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Confidence, persistence and a target-oriented attitude.
