Field Sales Executive – B2B SaaS | Bengaluru

Threxa is a SaaS automation company helping businesses simplify their sales, inventory, accounting and operational workflows.

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Bengaluru team.

What you will do:

• Visit businesses and manufacturing companies across Bengaluru.
• Identify and speak with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Understand their current business, accounting, inventory and operational processes.
• Introduce Threxa and explain how our software can improve their workflow.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships until conversion.
• Maintain daily sales activity and lead reports.

What we are looking for:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching businesses in person.
• Kannada and English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel around Bengaluru.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Sales, business development or field-sales experience is preferred but freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Confidence, persistence and a target-oriented attitude.
