Job Role:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Sree Mahaveer Enterprises, a leading supplier of industrial electrical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching shops, contractors, and other businesses to introduce our products, generate leads, and help expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business prospects to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. -
Client Visits and Relationship Building:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across industries. -
Product/Service Presentation:
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products or services. Tailor solutions to meet client-specific needs, emphasizing value, ROI, and differentiation from competitors. -
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements. Close deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on long-term customer satisfaction and retention. -
Territory Management:
Plan and manage your designated sales territory efficiently. Organize daily schedules, travel plans, and visit routes to maximize client engagement and lead conversion. -
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Coordinate with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of client solutions. Provide feedback from the field to help shape future products and strategies. -
Sales Reporting and CRM Updates:
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system. Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity. -
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. -
After-Sales Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a point of contact for resolving any issues that arise.
