Field Sales Executive
We are seeking a Fresher Graduate to join our team as a Field Sales Executive at a leading Gold finance company in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loans sales deals, communicating and pitching to customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers a starting salary of 12.7k per month inhand, with an increase to 17.5k inhand after 6 months.

- Check Gold quality and manage documentation processes
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Graduation completion is mandatory
- Local candidates in Chennai are eligible for this role
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Fluency in the local language
- Possession of a 2-wheeler and driving license (If not already, need to obtain it within the first 2 months)
- Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
