Job Description
Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly secondary sales and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
• Visit retail outlets as per beat plan to ensure regular order booking and product visibility.
• Coordinate with distributors for timely billing, stock availability, and scheme execution.
• Implement trade promotions and ensure merchandising standards at the point of sale.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and trade feedback for market intelligence.
• Submit daily sales and market activity reports accurately and on time.
Required Profile
• Graduate from any institute .
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or FMCG/consumer goods industry. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with retailers and distributors.
• Good knowledge of secondary sales process, route planning, and market execution.
• Self-motivated with ability to achieve targets under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using mobile sales apps or reporting tools for data entry and analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
