Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Conduct outreach and promotional activities in target areas like apartments, commercial spaces, and crowded locations to identify potential customers.
Customer Engagement:
Connect with customers, explain EV features and benefits, and answer their questions.
Product Demonstration:
Arrange and coordinate home-based or public test drives for potential customers to experience the vehicle.
Sales and Closing:
Advise customers on the best vehicle for their needs, negotiate deals, and finalize sales to meet revenue targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Reporting:
Provide accurate sales reports and updates on sales activities to management.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience:
Proven experience in direct B2C sales, with experience in the electric vehicle or automobile sector being advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to live audiences and engage with a diverse customer base.
Technical Knowledge:
A good understanding of electric vehicle technology, EV charging infrastructure, and related safety requirements.
Customer Focus:
Ability to understand customer profiles, build rapport, and provide tailored recommendations.
Fieldwork Skills:
Experience in planning and executing offline promotion activities and a willingness to travel within an assigned territory.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer data and sales activities.
