Job Description – FMCG Sales Executive

Apex is hiring dynamic and target-oriented candidates for the role of FMCG Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling field sales activities, maintaining distributor and retailer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. FMCG field sales roles commonly include distributor management, market visits, retail expansion, and sales reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle assigned sales territory and achieve monthly sales targets
Visit retail outlets and distributors regularly
Increase product visibility and market coverage
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely order collection and reporting
Execute promotional activities and schemes in the market
Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of FMCG sales experience preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Must be willing to travel in the field
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills required
Qualification:
12th Pass / Any Graduation
