Key Responsibilities

Account Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new individual customers (Savings Accounts) and business owners, MSMEs, or corporates (Current Accounts)
Field Marketing: Conduct local micro-marketing activities, promotional events, and direct meetings within the branch’s designated local territory.
KYC & Documentation: Facilitate accurate customer onboarding by verifying documents in strict compliance with RBI and internal banking regulations.
Cross-Selling: Actively pitch additional financial products to existing clients, such as mutual funds, life insurance, UPI, and demat accounts to increase wallet share.
