JOD

  • Sales & Growth: Meeting sales targets, identifying new customers, expanding market share, implementing sales strategies.

  • Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.

  • Market Presence: Ensuring product visibility, managing promotions, monitoring competitor activities, and merchandising.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Providing feedback on sales trends, market needs, and competitor actions to management.

  • Collaboration: Working with marketing to execute promotions and coordinating with other departments.

  • Field Sales Executive/Officer: Focuses on ground-level execution, market visits, ensuring product availability, and direct sales.

  • Sales Manager (Area/Regional): Manages teams, develops regional strategy, and oversees broader sales operations.

  • Customer Executive: Manages distributor/channel relationships, drives volume, and handles merchandising in a territory.

  • Quality Control: Ensures products meet standards, involving inspections, compliance with food safety (HACCP) or quality systems (ISO).
