Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Executive to drive sales of general insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new customers for general insurance products
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Explain product features, benefits, and policy details to customers
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support
Conduct field visits and local market activities to increase sales
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of general insurance products preferred

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduate (any discipline)

Must be willing to travel locally
