We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executive - Intern/Part-Time to join ShefMate, a fast-growing food-tech startup based in Pune. ShefMate connects families with trained home chefs who cook fresh, healthy meals right in their homes. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in building brand awareness at the grassroots level by reaching out directly to housing societies, apartments, and local communities in areas like Kalyani Nagar, Pimple Saudagar, and nearby locations.
Your primary responsibility will be to introduce ShefMate’s unique offering — including our ₹190 trial chef visit — to potential customers, distribute flyers, gather leads, and support on-the-ground activations. You will also interact with society committees, local vendors, and prospective home chefs, helping them understand the benefits of working or engaging with ShefMate. This role is ideal for college students, freshers, or individuals looking to gain startup exposure, earn incentives, and grow their communication and field marketing skills.
We are offering this position as a part-time/internship role with a flexible schedule (4–6 hours/day).

Basic communication skills in Marathi/Hindi (English is a plus) are required. You must be confident, street-smart, and ready to work in the field. A two-wheeler is helpful but not mandatory.
