Technical support Executive:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and help them understand the product through detailed remote/physical demo as and when required.
Educate clients about our platform to help them get maximum benefits of our system.
Generate references through satisfied clients.
Support business partners in understanding product.
Communicate with technical team on new requirements/technical issues and co-ordinate with key clients.
Communicate with sales team about new features and keep them updated with latest development happening in the product and train them through demos as and when required.
Play a key support role to sales team as and when required in executing customer demos.
Understand customer issues deeply and plan out a strategic solution & implement for better efficiency and over-all customer satisfaction.
Everything else required to keep customer delight to bring more business.
Travelling and meeting potential clients/business associates as and when required.
Approaching muti-institute organizations for large scale deals.
Approaching to potential channel partner leads assigned to you to explain the product and converting them as active channel partners.
Anything and everything required to grow the business in the assigned region.
