We are looking for an organised and motivated Sales and Marketing officer for business development of UGC approved Distance education courses.
The successful candidate will preferably have previous experience in a service or education industry.

The role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Acquire thorough knowledge of the education program including the courses, fees, objectives etc.
Research the market and provide feedback to the center head for any adaptations required
Strategize the marketing program for increased sales in terms of student enrollments.
Establish and build a strong database of students and ensure business development. Closely monitor and involve digital and Social Media marketing strategy.
Liaise with the Services team to ensure on-time delivery and quality of services .
Coordinate and organize the program with utmost care to ensure hassle free participation by the customers(students and parents)
Maintain high levels of Customer service to students and clients
Request for customer and client feedback and ensure incorporation into the program wherever applicable.
Prepare reports on sales and update Management for review
Skills required to be successful in the role:
An ability to build rapport with people across all levels.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills.
