Job Description
Min. Requirement:
- Language skills: Hindi and English. Kannada will be a plus point but not a negative.
- Interpersonal skills: Has to be good. He will have to interact with clients.
- Transport: He must have a two wheeler.
Employee Responsibilities:
Transaction Management is the primary deliverable. We will start with Retail Lending. Since Bangalore will be a new office, we will focus on Home Loan, Loan against property & Personal Loans.
Pre-qualified leads will have to be managed. Hence, in the first six months, the candidate is not expected to do any open market sourcing.
First Six Months: Only pre-qualified leads to be pursued. Client meeting, finalizing the product, initiating the transaction and follow up with financial institutions.
After Six Months: Business Development will also be brought into the picture. This will include open market sourcing.
There will be confidential client documents involved. There should be no questions on our integrity. Job has to be carried out with utmost sincerity and integrity.
Compensation:
- Rs. 13,000- 15,000/- per month + Travel and Phone reimbursement.
- Depending on the performance of the candidate we can roll out an incentive scheme in future (after 6 to 9 months).
Education background: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0 to 1.5 years
