Top Line Sales Revenue from all Channels with respect to district allocated
- Retail
- Franchisee Network
- Dealer / Distributor Network
- Institutional / Govt. departments
- Bulk Sales
- Any other channel to be introduced in futue
- Marketing / Brand Building / Imagery
- Sustaining Branding Standards through all channels
- Events / Promotions / New Product Launch / Fairs
- Channel / partnership Management
- CRM / Loyalty development
- Maintaining Retail Standards / retail audit
- Conduct adequate number of effective Demos and ensure Demo conducted by all channel partners
- Coordination Activities
- Logistics & Supply chain
- Accounts / finance and Fund management
- IT / MIS support
- Enforcement of Company policy at all levels of business activities
