• We are hiring for Rural sales associate profile in one of the reputed solar company.
  

• Job Title: Rural Sales Associate
  
• Qualification: Graduation/12th
  
• Location:- Orissa(Bhadrak, Keonjhar,  Mayurbhanj,  Bhuwaneshwar)
  

Role Description

• Identify and appoint the specified number of Urja Mitras in the allocated territory;
  
• Support Urja Mitra in originating potential customers
  
• Review potential customer applications to filter out any applications where there may be a payment risk based on knowledge of local area;
  
• Conduct house visits and complete customer verification process as prescribed;
  
• Develop and execute a monthly sales plan;
  
• Support other employees of the company to resolve customer problems in the local area
  
• Report progress to reporting manager at prescribed intervals
  

Role Requirements

• Personable, energetic and ambitious;
  
• Should compulsorily hail/a resident of the allocated territory/block
  
• Has his own bike or scooter;
  
• Has (or is willing to buy) a smartphone compatible with the company system.
