Job Description

We at Caress Industries are looking for an enthusiastic field sales executive with any prior experience in sales or agriculture.

Your tasks:

1.       Connect and interact with farmers, agriculture retailers and wholesalers.

2.       Manage clients and generate regular orders.

3.       Create a new client base and nurture long-term partnerships to distribute and use our products.

4.       Provide technical and pedagogical support to farmers and retailers.

5.       Prepare periodic reports on field visits.

6.       Co-coordinating with other departments relating to order and payment.

Qualifications

1.       Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or agriculture.

2.       We also make exceptions for anyone who is willing to learn and has 2-5 years of experience in agriculture or agribusiness.

3.       Must have a desire to learn and a willingness to receive feedback.

4.       Have knowledge of current happenings in the field of agriculture.

5.       Experience in handling clients and multiple goals at a time.

6.       Strong interpersonal and communication skills; successful at motivating customers and communicating with diverse communities of farmers and retailers.

Preferred:

1.       Fluency in Kannada

2.       Ability to communicate in English or Tamil.

3.       Lives or willing to move to the mentioned location.

Caress Industries Pvt. Ltd was established as a micro-nutrient manufacturer in 1990. We started by manufacturing Zinc Sulphate under the brand name “LEO”. We stepped up our product portfolio by introducing Copper Sulphate under the same brand in 2000. Since then we have captured the largest market share in South India.

However, due to our founder’s wishes to reduce our share of carbon footprint and pollution along with soil and water contamination, we decided to research and develop a product that provides equal or better benefit than existing nutrients in powder form. Thus, after 4 years of successful field trials, in 2013 we replaced our existing products with our all new 'LEO' Chelated Liquid Crop Nutrients.

We expanded our product portfolio by developing and including both secondary and macro-nutrients under the same chelated formula. Our sheer will and constant up-gradation of products has provided us with a successful product line.
