Job Description
· To conduct “village mapping”
· To conduct “general meeting in villages
· Sourcing of right clients (as per RBI guidelines & definition) and apprising them about loan proposals.
· Completion of KYC of the potential clients
· To conduct Compulsory Group Training (CGT)
· To accompany Branch Manager in conducting final GRT
· Disbursement of loan as per business plan
· Conducting the centre meetings as per schedule
· To collect instalments as per demand sheet (CDS)
· To check 100% LUC after 3 subsequent centre meetings
