Job Description
- Effectively search prospective clients and generate sales leads, in the allocated Sales area
- Manage end-to-end customer relationship, including pitching, negotiation & contracting
- Increase customer network and retain the existing clients
- Defend and build up beneficial relationships with clients through personal contact or meetings
- Visiting existing customers and getting the order on a daily basis
- Have to train and support clients in sales through Mobile App
- Typically a day will start where in the morning the sales executive will get a call from the customers for resolving returns issues post which the day will go in acquiring new customers, on boarding them.
- And in the evening the executive gets the orders by either calling the customer or visiting the customer place.
- In places where his customers have violated the cash payment, he will visit the customer and get the payments and ensure the customer doesn't violate the payment terms hence forth.

- Note: Customers will be a Stand-alone Vegetable and fruit stores, Provisional Stores, Modern Retail Chains
- 0-4 years of field sales experience
- Negotiation skills: Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the customers
- Multi-Lingual proficiency: Ability to speak multiple languages and should know Tamil. Preferable is the ability to communicate in English.
- Sales driven: New approach in terms of selling and create a brand for the company.
- Mandatory: Bike and Tamil language, Android Mobile Phone, Mobile internet connectivity, Power bank for the phone
