Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle team of sales executives/interns and monitor their day to day activities
- Do efficient customer segmentation and pass that to the team
- Create sales pitch for our products for relevant customer segment.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients
- Create channel network for leads
- Implement Relationship Management for existing customers
- Coordinate internally with product, technology and credit teams.
- Strong selling skills. Ability to engage with people across different profiles.
- Good team management skills
- Good reporting skills (MS Office)
- Should be able to think unconventionally, outside of the regular processes.
- Execution oriented - getting things done on ground
