Job Description

Establish contact and developing relationships with customers includes all retails shops especially chicken and Kirana shops.
Visit 15 – 20 shops in a day and provide samples and do follow up’s on time to ensure that our product is on their shelf
Customer’s information are maintained electronically and use the information to do follow up’s and refill the shelf on time.
Take feedback from customers and feed their inputs electronically every day. Consolidate the feedback and share it with employer every week. Suggest improvements and recommendations on product as needed for continual improvement.
Gain knowledge about market competitors and be aware of what could be our strategy to sell our quality principle.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from market and other feedbacks.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
Educate customers about our product and ensure they know how to prepare the recipe as described
Once the product sold to customers, ensure that invoice is prepared immediately. Give the account statement on a daily basis to employer at the close of business every day.
