Field Sales Executive
Job Description
- Education: A graduate or post graduate in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or Agri Business Management from a recognised university or institute
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing of agricultural machinery.
- 1-2 years of related farming experience, preferably on onion, potato and carrot crops.
- 2-3 years of selling and marketing experience on related cleaning / sorting / grading / packaging machinery for post-harvest handling
- 1-2 years of experience in packhouse and cold storage management.
- Reference and character certificates from previous employers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communication in English is essential.
- Surveying market and collecting data in Maharashtra for demand and supply in mechanizing post-harvest handling of Onion, Potato and Carrot.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to capture the market and keep the competition away.
- Using innovation to redefine marketing ideas within the constraints of cost and time.
- Presenting audio-visual presentations to clients and business houses.
- Working with a range of media, including MS Office and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
- Willing to have one-month essential training at Ambala factory before joining Mumbai office.
- Attending services and installations at clients’ sites with engineers and technicians.
- Managing Mumbai office individually and reporting to Head office.
- Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing international business
- Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
- Willing to travel abroad and all over India.
