Job position: Sales Executives
Job Location: Murshidabad, West Bengal
Experience: 0-3 yrs
Qualification: PUC, Any Graduate

Key areas of responsibility

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Desired skills:

Good communication skill specially in your local area language
Passion for sales
Basic knowledge of Computer & mobiles , sales of the IT product & services including online/web & mobile apps to the shop owners(field activity)
Client relationship & negotiation skill
Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality

Salary/stipend: Based on the commission & incentive with the potential to earn more than Rs 10,000/- per month
Salary range : From Rs10,000/-per month
