Job Description
- Job position: Sales Executives
- Job Location: Murshidabad, West Bengal
- Experience: 0-3 yrs
- Qualification: PUC, Any Graduate
Key areas of responsibility
Salary range : From Rs10,000/-per month
Joining: Immediate
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Desired skills:
- Good communication skill specially in your local area language
- Passion for sales
- Basic knowledge of Computer & mobiles , sales of the IT product & services including online/web & mobile apps to the shop owners(field activity)
- Client relationship & negotiation skill
- Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
Salary range : From Rs10,000/-per month
