Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving and exceeding the sales targets (End to End Sales).
- Lead generation through cold calling.
- Identify opportunities through Web interaction, Tele calling, marketing events & advertisements to generate appointments.
- Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure.
- Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly closure by continuous follow-up.
- Providing counselling to students and help them choosing the DMIT
- Willing to travel within city limits convincing the customers (i.e. parents) to invest on DMIT to improve their children's quality of education, academic result, to know inborn hidden talent and potential, to know child strength, Personality, Learning styles and ability by establishing the unique value proposition on DMIT.
- Ensuring end-to-end delivery and sustain the given targets.
