Job Description
- We are looking for highly energetic, passionate and committed field sales executives who want to be part of our next growth story.
- The job entails scaling up this new product in the assigned territory by positioning the product to retailers from desired categories.
- The job requires long hours, relentless execution and relationship management.
- It is a high pressure, daily productivity role, hence candidates with prior field sales experience with daily targets ONLY need apply
- Market mapping - To identify business opportunities in the assigned territory by meeting all relevant retailers, identifying prospects and evaluating their requirement; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Daily Meetings – Identify the decision maker for prospective retailers & developing relationships through multiple visits, rigorous follow ups and recommending solutions.
- Demos & Closures – Present the solution to a daily minimum required number of prospects and signing them as per daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Relationship Management - Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
