Job Description
- Identifies business opportunities, identifying clients and evaluating their position in the industry
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets
- Efficiently gather market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
