Job Description
Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to -
- Calling on daily leads and responding to buyer queries timely and effectively.
- Provide accurate information and project details to the interested buyer.
- Understand exact requirement of the buyer and suggest available options accordingly.
- Conduct effective site visits with interested buyers on shortlisted projects.
- Take regular follow-ups and feedback from clients.
- Close deals and achieve company targets.
- Source new inventories on-the-job.
- Maintain relationship with Project Sales Head, Sales Executive / Sales Person on all Projects.
- Identify potential customers in the market, engage with them on a regular basis to convert the lead.
- Generate maximum References from existing clients and relevant sources to increase business opportunities.
- Minimum Education level - Graduate
- 0-3 years of field /outbound sales experience
- Excellent communication;fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi;Convincing capability;strong sales skills
- Salary - Earn fixed monthly salary upto 18K plus attractive incentives starting from 10k onwards
- Job Location - Hinjewadi, Pune
