Field Sales Executive Job in Universal shelter at Pune

The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Responsible to acquire Commercial and Residential clients to invest in our real estate projects.
  
• Use leads generated by Marketing team as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities and telecalling.
  
• Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate properties which match the investment need of the prospects. 
  
• Take prospects for site visits, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with the Builder or with Universal shelter team for any clarification required for that.
  
• Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Universal shelter at all touch-points.
  
• Provide after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers 
  
• Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
  
• Be compliant with operations process. 
  
• Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities 
  
• Responsible for revenue generation and collections associated with projects
