1.    ASO - Software Sales

• Self-sourcing of referrals and leads will be a requirement; therefore in addition to leveraging the assets and resources of Company & its partners, this position requires experience and skills in prospecting, territory development, and networking. ·
• Develop understanding of various proprietary and 3rd party solutions applicable to various industry verticals along with basic understanding of payment solutions in order to sell, train & service the client in order to grow the client business ·
• We will recruit channel partners over time. We will expect these ASOs to develop strong working partnerships with partner’s field sales team with an objective of increasing volume and quality of referrals and leads from their portfolios. Sales person will also be expected to gain expertise in at least two verticals over time.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

ASO - Software Sales

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Some experience in software or hardware sale in payment industry preferred ·
• Payments industry knowledge and business acumen. ·
• Ability to identify and build relationships with decision makers. ·
• Enterprise and/or complex sales experience in solution selling. ·
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills. ·
• Good oral and written communication skills.

2. ASO - Merchant Acquisition 

• Documentation Collections & Merchant Onboarding · 
• Target 5 merchants on-boarding daily
• They will have daily Targets
