Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation & Target Achievement

Identify and approach potential customers such as builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calls, and follow-ups.

Schedule client meetings, conduct site visits, and explain product offerings and benefits.

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, providing end-to-end sales support.

Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients during the product selection and purchase process.

Offer after-sales support and coordinate with the service/installation teams when required.
Product Promotion & Demonstration

Educate customers about the features, advantages, and long-term benefits of UPVC doors and windows, including insulation, durability, maintenance-free use, and weather resistance.

Display product samples, brochures, and catalogues to demonstrate different styles, colors, and configurations.

Suggest customized solutions based on site conditions, customer preferences, and budget constraints.
Site Assessments & Coordination

Conduct on-site inspections to understand client requirements, take preliminary measurements, and assess feasibility.

Coordinate with the technical and design team to prepare accurate quotations and drawings based on site inputs.

Ensure timely delivery of product proposals, pricing, and documentation.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings in the UPVC segment.

Share insights with management to refine sales strategies, pricing, or promotional campaigns.

Identify new market segments or partnership opportunities for business expansion.
Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, sales conversions, and client feedback.

Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding progress and challenges.

Use CRM tools or sales tracking systems to document all customer interactions and sales data.
