Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Visits and Lead Generation:

Planning & Scheduling: Develop a schedule for regular market visits to generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.

Lead Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients, understanding their business needs and how the company’s payment solutions can help them.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients in person, building rapport and understanding their pain points, to effectively present payment solutions that address their needs.
2. Sales Target Achievement:

Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets related to multiple payment solutions, such as QR codes, soundboxes, and other financial products.

Closing Sales: Guide leads through the sales process and close deals by demonstrating product features, benefits, and value propositions.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of payment solutions and other products offered, staying up to date on new product releases and features.
3. Product Deployment and Implementation:

Product Deployment: Ensure the smooth deployment of payment solutions at client locations, including QR code systems, soundboxes, and other financial products.

Articulation of Benefits: Clearly explain the benefits of products to clients, focusing on how they can streamline business operations and enhance customer payment experiences.

Training & Best Practices: Train clients on the best practices for using the payment solutions, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the products effectively.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Building Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Client Support: Provide post-sales support by addressing any issues or concerns clients may have with the product or service.

Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback to help improve product offerings and services, sharing insights with the sales and product development teams.
5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead generation, and sales progress, providing regular updates to the sales manager.

Client Database: Update and manage the client database, ensuring all interactions and transactions are documented correctly.
