7.       Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to provide valuable insights for refining sales strategies.

8.       Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or referrals.

9.       Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts for management.
