Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit the local shops, vendors, and businesses to pitch QR code payment solutions.

  • Explain the benefits of digital payments and help merchants register and activate their QR codes.

  • Achieve the daily/weekly/monthly targets for merchant onboarding.

  • Collect KYC documents and ensure smooth activation.

  • Provide basic post-sales support to onboarded merchants.

  • Maintain daily reports of field activities and share updates with the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream

  • Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior field sales experience is a plus.

  • Good communication and convincing skills

  • Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting targets

  • Own a smartphone and basic understanding of digital payments

  • Two-wheeler (preferred but not mandatory)
