Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Visit Schools: Travel to different schools (both new and existing clients) to present the school uniform range, including uniforms for students, staff, and any additional accessories.

Understand Requirements: Meet with school administrators, principals, or purchasing managers to understand their uniform needs (size, quantity, fabric type, color, etc.).

Present Product Offerings: Showcase the variety of school uniforms, highlighting key features such as durability, comfort, and price. Provide samples for evaluation and make suggestions based on the school's needs.

Convert Orders: Actively convert leads and potential opportunities into confirmed orders by negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with school decision-makers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Customer Follow-up: Follow up with schools after meetings to answer any queries and finalize orders. Ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Resolve Issues: Address any concerns or issues raised by schools regarding product quality, delivery, or other related matters.

Market Research and Lead Generation:

Identify New Clients: Continuously research and identify new schools, educational institutions, and markets that could benefit from the company’s uniform offerings.

Competitor Analysis: Keep track of competitors’ offerings and pricing to ensure the company stays competitive in the market.

Promotions: Promote any new products, special offers, or bulk order discounts to prospective clients to enhance sales.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Product Expertise: Stay updated on the product offerings, including various fabric options, sizes, pricing, and school-specific customization requirements.

Provide Customization Options: Offer guidance to schools about any logo embroidery, name tag placement, or other customizations they may require.

Training and Support: Educate the school’s representatives on the ordering process, sizing charts, and any new product features or updates.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Daily Reporting: Provide detailed reports on sales activities, potential leads, client meetings, and orders to the sales manager or team leader on a daily or weekly basis.

Order Documentation: Ensure all orders are properly documented, including customer information, order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Sales Forecasting: Provide insights into potential sales, market demand, and any trends that could affect future orders.

Timely Coordination with the Delivery Team:

Coordinate with Delivery Team: Work closely with the company’s delivery team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of school uniforms to the respective schools once an order is placed.

Track Orders: Keep track of orders and ensure schools are informed of the estimated delivery timeframes.

After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction after the delivery of uniforms and address any issues related to size, quantity, or product defects promptly.
