Lead Handling

Attend all incoming Justdial, Instagram, and reference calls immediately

Understand client requirement: location, size, scope, budget, timeline

Share firm introduction and portfolio

Fix meetings/site visits with the Director

Follow up with clients through WhatsApp and calls

Handle objections (budget, timeline, comparison with others)

Convert warm leads into confirmed visits

Communicate meeting timings with the Director

Maintain client communication professionally
-
Share quotations, portfolio, and process details
-
Update every lead in Google Sheet CRM
-
Mark status (Hot / Warm / Cold)
-
Maintain daily follow-up logs

Track conversion results
