Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven and field-oriented Sales Representative with compulsory experience in the garment sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, especially targeting wholesalers, retailers, and distributors of ready-made garments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively visit and maintain relationships with garment wholesalers and retailers.
- Generate sales orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients in untapped markets.
- Understand local trends and customer demands to provide market feedback.
- Coordinate with the Kolkata-based Head Office for order processing, dispatches, and stock updates.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain daily reporting on client visits and outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of hands-on sales experience. (Garment industry a plus).
Must be comfortable with regular field travel.
Fluent in Hindi and preferably local dialects; basic English and Bengali a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance
Travel and daily allowance as per company policy.
