Job Description
Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, or in-person visits
Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections
Maintain accurate records of interactions and recovery efforts
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and IIBF code of conduct
Collaborate with legal and finance teams for escalated cases
Recommend accounts for write-offs or legal action when necessary
Required Skills and Competencies:
